Job Title: Plumber

Locations:DartFord

Duration: Permanent role

Pay: Up to £38,000 + van and fuel card, overtime rate, great benefits

Are you an experienced Plumber looking for a new opportunity? We are recruiting for skilled plumbers to join the Repairs and Maintenance Team in Croydon.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct repairs on various building services, including minor plumbing works, fault detection, and leak repairs.
  • As well as undertaking other minor works such as patch plastering, tiling, Remedial Carpentry, Painting & decorating, etc.
  • Utilise handheld devices for task management.
  • Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant City and Guilds qualification or equivalent in plumbing.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Have prior experience in a similar role.
  • Hold a valid full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
