Legal Assistant - Plot Purchasing
Join the dynamic New Build team at an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked, full-service law firm that is experiencing rapid growth. The firm is renowned for providing comprehensive support to both UK and international clients, and is now seeking a dedicated Plot Purchasing Assistant to play a pivotal role in the bustling environment of their Farnborough office.

The selected candidate will be integral to the team, assisting Fee Earners with Plot Running casework and managing their own caseload from inception to the exchange of contracts.

The role includes a diverse array of responsibilities, such as direct client communication, collaborating on client files, adhering to compliance requirements, and even participating in site visits for business development purposes. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team, coupled with strong communication skills across various platforms, is paramount.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9 to 4, including Maths and English, and hold a full driving licence. While experience in a legal setting is not mandatory, proficiency in an office environment, data entry skills, and a keen eye for detail will be advantageous. The ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing client service is a must.

In return, the firm offers a salary commensurate with experience, alongside attractive benefits such as free car parking, a pension scheme, and a bonus scheme.
