Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From £13.00 per hourBirmingham, EnglandOur client is one of Europe's premier manufacturers, distributors & installers of non-mechanical plant & site safety equipment.We are looking for a Plasma Cutter Operators to join us on the next part of our exciting expansion. You will be working at our brand new 50,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility in Aston.Must have previous experience Plasma cutting ranging from 2.00mm to 25.00mmRole Responsibilities
  • Proven experience as a Plasma Operator.
  • Skill in operating Plasma machines and a good knowledge of understanding consumables.
  • Complete daily safety checks on the Plasma machine to ensure good working order.
  • Experienced at handling steel plate with a range from 2.00mm to 25.00mm in various plate widths and lengths.
  • To read, understand complete programme sheets.
Requirements
  • To be able to change consumables on the Plasma.
  • Crane and FLT experience would be advantageous.
  • Plate magnet experience.
