?? Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

What are we looking for?

This role reports into the Rearing Operations Manager and will be accountable for providing planning support to our agriculture operations by liaising with Management, Agriculture and Finance Teams in addition to various external stakeholders.

Duties of the role include but are not limited to;

Hatchery and Pullet Management

  • Liaising with breed companies and hatcheries
  • Complete hatch and depletion programmes
  • Manage pullet order confirmations
  • Provide delivery details to our performance management teams

Company Farms

  • Collating data for all company farms in the required format and submitting to the Environmental Department for the Climate Control Levy.
  • Monitoring salmonella testing - collating results from managers
  • Tracking feed prices
  • Arrange depletion of company owned laying farms

Customer

  • Work with the Performance Management Team to ensure customer needs are met in terms of pullet placement.
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Sending out rearing KPI's

Other duties include assisting with budgeting and forecasting process and other ad-hoc administrative duties.

Knowledge of the poultry industry would be desirable.
