We're on the search for a Planning and Fulfilment Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring our advanced golf equipment, apparel and accessories consistently reaches the hands of enthusiasts and professionals with impeccable timing. This role is central to our operations, requiring a strategic mind to transform complex sales forecasts into streamlined production, shipping, and material plans.


Your Role:

  • Craft and refine a detailed demand plan, syncing sales forecasts with our production capabilities and material needs.
  • Lead a team of adept production planners and analysts, ensuring a seamless operation.
  • Respond rapidly with capacity planning adjustments to align with the ever-changing operational landscape.
  • Strategically manage inventory to distribute the workload evenly throughout the year.
  • Work in tandem with the Production Manager to determine daily resource allocations, ensuring our commitment to industry-leading service is upheld.
  • Overseeing pricing, margins, and forecasting structures.
  • Utilise historical data to sharpen the accuracy of our demand plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing department to ensure a steady flow of components, maintaining production continuity.


Who We Need:

  • A seasoned professional in Planning and Fulfilment, with a deep commercial insight and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • An analyst, especially proficient in advanced Excel, to navigate and interpret complex data for strategic planning.
  • An adept communicator and leader, known for motivating teams and fostering collaborative success.
  • A visionary in strategic thinking, adept at both granular analysis and broad, long-term forecasting.
