Penguin Recruitment is please to be supporting a UK leading land promotor and developer in their hire of a dynamic Planner to their Northwest team!

The successful candidate will work within the Planning & Projects department, often as the Lead Planner on assignments and working to achieve local planning permissions and promoting major strategic sites, and will assist landowners in realising the true potential of their land through development for residential or residential led mixed-use developments. The role will require the successful candidate to have the ability to delegate effectively, think strategically, and assist with the professional development of junior planners within the team.

The ideal candidate for this position will hold an RTPI accredited degree, and will be MRTPI Chartered, or in the process of submitting for the APC. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience at Planner or Senior Planner level, either public or private sector experience will be considered.
