Your new role

In your new role you will be supporting the team with the management of strategic insurer relationships to ensure budgets are met or exceeded. You will also be responsible for collating and analysing the data to identify opportunities and drive improvements. Identify and deliver the new revenue streams for the company. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for the coordination of strategic partnerships and insurers, creation and execution of action plans, recording key activities and evidencing the delivery of required services. Constantly think of ways to innovate the proposition, the way we present and interpret data and engage with our key partners.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in an account management or a business development role within an insurance environment. The role requires someone to be strategy focussed with a commercial mindset that is capable of getting the most out of customer relationships. You will have strong analytical skills and be capable of interpreting large sets of data, identifying trends and have a keen eye for opportunity.
