HRGO Recruitment are looking for Pickers and Packers to join our team in the packaging department. The Pickers and Packers will be responsible for working on the food production line, specifically folding boxes, inserting sealed ingredients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the packaging process. This role will involve working 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Standing on food production line to fold boxes and insert sealed ingredients.
  • Ensure that packaging processes are carried out efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in a food production environment.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE such as hair nets, gloves, and jackets.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak and read English.
  • Experience working in a food production or packaging environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and be on your feet all day.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Must comply with induction requirements, including no jewellery (except for one wedding ring), no makeup, and no long nails.
