Picker and Packer - Full Time - Portsmouth - £20,000-£25,000k per annum

Are you looking for a new opportunity working as part of a small team? Do you have picker and packer skills coupled with experience of using Microsoft Excel?

A role has become available with a small but stable organisation who are based in Farlington, going strong after more than 20 years in business.

They currently have a vacancy available to join as a Picker and Packer. This role is being offered on a permanent basis where you will play an important role in getting goods to customers, on time and on budget.

This role will include the following tasks:

  • Stock labelling
  • Stock control using Microsoft Excel
  • Meet audit expectations for all stakeholders
  • Contribute towards the development of an inclusive learning environment
  • Carry out any additional duties as reasonably requested by line management
  • Securing completed orders to ensure safe delivery
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is handled effectively
  • Performing work to set targets and time frames
  • Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks throughout the workplace

Requirements:

  • Experience of being part of a team
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office, predominantly Excel

This role requires the successful candidate to be based on site Monday-Friday. This role comes with 28 days holiday per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.
