Role: Physiotherapist

• Department: Rapid Response
• Grade: Band 6
• Location: Community
• Length: 4-6 months
• Hours: Full time preferred, could consider part time but no less than 3 days
• Preferred start date: ASAP

Notes:

Community Therapist with ideally skills in crisis /hospital avoidance can be OT and Physio. Mainly for Taunton/west somerset/Bridgwater area

Rehab skills as needs to be able to identify goals and onward plans for patient.

Driver as need to drive across area and within 2 hour time frame for UCR visit.

Ability to provide manual handling assessment and knowledge of equipment is essential.

Flexible adaptable and able to manage /prioritise caseload load that change during the day.

• Grade: Band 6
• Location: Community covering Chard area
• Length: 3 months
• Hours: Part time (3 days)
• Preferred start date: ASAP

Notes:

Community experience as a physio, lone working, ability to drive, time management, delegation skills and good communication/team working

Essential Requirements:

• HCPC Registration
• Right to work in the UK
