Pharmacy Manager required

Key Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department.
• Ensure the accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients.
• Facilitate the training the development of staff.
• Provide exceptional patient service and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Ensure existing stock levels are maintained to a level that meets the needs of the business.
• Maintain existing business levels through NHS And Private Services
• Maintain inventory levels and order medications as needed.
• Monitor medication adherence and provide counselling to patients.
• Monitor and control operating expenses.
• Stay up to date with new medications and changes in medical terminology.
• Train and supervise pharmacy staff.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• MPharm Degree
• Managerial role so needs to be confident
• Business minded and an eye for development
• Eligible to work in the UK
