Personal Tax Manager

Opportunity to join multi-office accountancy firm in the Midlands with a friendly and supportive team in a personal tax focused role offering a mix of compliance and advisory work.

Your new role
Working with senior staff at SM and Partner level you will provide personal tax services to a client base which comprises of a mix of individuals, partnerships and trusts. You will prepare and review tax returns to ensure clients are compliant with all necessary tax legislation as well as undertaking tax planning work to ensure the most efficient and effective service is given. You will build excellent relationships with clients and colleagues within the firm.

What you'll need to succeed
You will possess good UK personal tax knowledge and experience gained within a practice environment. Relevant accountancy/ tax qualifications (or part-qualifications) will be beneficial but experience is key. You will also be a great communicator, will have good knowledge supporting clients with personal tax matters such as inheritance tax, capital gains etc and will be able to work collaboratively and effectively with others.
