Personal Tax Manager

Norwich

£48k-£55k plus hybrid working

Keeler Recruitment are supporting our client, a forward-thinking accountancy firm who have a requirement for a Personal Tax Manager based in their Norwich branch. They also allow hybrid working, usually split 3 days in the office and 2 from home, plus lots of opportunity to progress within the business.

You must be at least CTA qualified and/or ACCA/ACA qualified with a minimum 3 years tax experience in practice. Previous experience of overseeing trainees and reviewing their work will be beneficial.

In your role as Personal Tax Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Handle intricate tax compliance and advisory tasks for high-net-worth individuals, including residency and domicile advice.
  • Tailor tax planning solutions for medical professionals, like doctors and consultants, to optimize tax outcomes.
  • Navigate complex NHS pension schemes and income sources to maximize tax benefits for medical clients.
  • Manage fee quotations, invoices, and personal work in progress.
  • Support Trainees and Assistants with their workload and practical training.
  • Assist Tax Managers, the Director of Private Client Services, and Partners with complex planning.
  • Demonstrate proactive understanding of current tax laws and compliance standards relevant to clients.
