Job Purpose
  • Provide trusted advisory to a significant and diverse client portfolio.
  • Manage all commercial aspects of your portfolio.
  • Working directly with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Analyse and interpret data and prepare tax advice based on findings.
  • Preparation of tax reports.
  • Undertake a range of advisory work, including Trusts tax, Inheritance tax, Capital Gains Tax, and SAS.
  • Lead liaison with HMRC on behalf of clients, proactively handling enquiries.
  • Oversee junior staff, including monitoring workflow, reviewing work, and identifying training opportunities.
  • Proactively investigate and identify opportunities for the firm and clients.

Job Requirements
  • Qualified with a previous personal tax advisory experience within practice.
  • Portfolio management experience, including all commercial aspects.
  • Supervisory experience with good people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of current tax and general accounting UK regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Strong time management and a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
