- Personal Progress Tutor (Pastoral)
- Personal Progress Tutor (Personal Development - Tutorial Delivery)

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Personal Development team to design and deliver the "My Development and My Futures" tutorial program for 16-18-year-old students.
- Deliver engaging group tutorials to foster personal development, growth, and positive transitions into adulthood, further study, or employment.
- Support the Personal Development Speakers program, offering students valuable information, advice, and guidance.
- Provide guidance for students applying to higher education institutions through the UCAS system.
Who We're Looking For:
- Graduates with a 2:1 degree or higher.
- Individuals with an excellent academic background.
- Experience working with young people is a plus, but not required.
- A genuine passion for education and student development.
