Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000+

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Lines handler to join the team in Henley. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Insurance brokerage, who is enthusiastic and eager to utilise their insurance experience within a sales environment, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and negotiating skills.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Service of existing motor, home and travel insurance quotations for customers
  • Working to retain clients for their insurance renewals to achieve company targets
  • Deliver personal and team sales targets into the team for new business
  • Convert any sales and cross sales opportunities for different insurance policies and types
  • Offer quotations and create system records on the CRM system
  • Provide professional and accurate customer service

The ideal candidate:

  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, market practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and computer systems.
  • Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
