Personal Lines Insurance Broker

Are you seeking a new and rewarding Personal Lines broking opportunity? Have you worked with Home insurance?

If you can resonate with these questions, you’ll be pleased to hear that Barker Munro Recruitment is working with an independent insurance Broker based in North Kent who are currently looking to add a Personal Lines Insurance Broker to their team.

Key responsibilities will involve general administration duties in relation to home insurance and Insurance document processing, client and Insurer correspondence, renewals, sales support and managerial support.

As a Personal Lines insurance broker you will be exposed to working with clients and insurers over the phone and correspondence via email in relation to general insurance queries, payments and adjustments. You will be corresponding and communicating with Insurance Companies and policyholders on a daily basis.

Our client offers a full induction and training plan from day one and all staff can study for professional qualifications such as, CII (Chartered Insurance Institute).

Previous experience in home insurance is highly desirable and there is focus on you having knowledge of working with in house insurance quotation systems. There will also be a consideration given to candidates that want to cross over from other insurance lines or possibly candidate looking to break into the insurance industry.

The job is office based Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm but thankfully no weekend work is required.

The office is close to train and bus routes and parking is also available close by.
