A dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Team Leader is sought for a thriving team in Liverpool. This exciting opportunity is ideal for an individual passionate about delivering exceptional service, achieving optimal results for clients, and fostering a positive team environment.

In the role, the Team Leader will manage team capacity, ensuring equitable distribution of workloads, and provide support, development, and motivation through regular 1-2-1s and team meetings. The focus is on ensuring smooth departmental operations and embodying and promoting the firm's values as a keen ambassador.

The successful candidate will progress their caseload from inception to completion, offering timely and professional legal advice, managing expectations effectively, and working towards deadlines/targets.

For this position, leadership skills are crucial, with the ability to positively motivate and support the team, and approach problem-solving with clarity, focus, and determination. Effective communication at all levels within the organization is essential, along with previous experience in Personal Injury and credit hire, and a commitment to providing high levels of client care throughout the legal process.
