JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor – Industrial Disease
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Ipswich
SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
A highly ranked team is looking to add additional resource to the expanding team through the appointment of a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer with experience of dealing with industrial disease related matters. The role will be varied and involve working with international clients on a variety of disease claims including claims arising from noise, vibration, asbestos and other disease related claims. Running your own caseload, you will dependent on level of experience be expected to supervise junior members of the team as well as be pro-active and willing to get involved in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
As the appointed Solicitor or Legal Executive, you will have at least 5 years of experience working on your own caseload of disease related matters and possess the ability to advise on asbestos related illnesses, noise induced hearing loss and mesothelioma claims. Ideally you will have some experience of supervising team members and have a strong working knowledge of the relevant protocols for disease and illness claims.
