The Role: As a Personal Injury Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in handling various facets of personal injury cases. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Clinical Negligence: Expertly navigating complex clinical negligence cases.
  • Traffic Accident Claims: Managing and advocating for clients involved in traffic accidents.
  • Corporate Negligence: Addressing cases of corporate negligence with precision and legal expertise.
  • General Personal Injury Cases: Overseeing a spectrum of general PI cases with a keen eye for detail.
  • Administrative Support: Providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless case management.
Location, Salary & Hours:
  • Location: Orpington
  • Salary Range: Senior Solicitor: £60,000 | Partner Level: £70,000 - £80,000
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Qualifications & Skills: They are seeking a candidate with demonstrable experience in handling billings and a strong background in personal injury law. The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience in various facets of personal injury law.
  • A track record of handling a diverse caseload efficiently.
