Role: Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Moseley
Salary: £21,000 - £25,000
Benefits: Progression to a Training Contract

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to assist one of our clients in their search for a Personal Injury Paralegal to aid a busy senior solicitor on their growing caseload of Claimant files.

This role will see the successful candidates assisting on a variety of claimant matters such as RTA,EL,PL, Medical and Insurance matters and you would have the opportunity to work towards a training contract which can see you gaining further assistance in other fields.

The role involves the following duties:
* Review and prepare a summary of Medical Records
* Review Defendant denials of liability and disclosure
* Provide Client updates from time to time
* Draft Claim Forms and Particulars of Claim
* Draft Instructions to Counsel
* Research valuations of general damages for injures
* Draft List of Documents
* Complete Court questionnaires such as Directions and Listing Questionnaires
* Potentially attend Conferences with Counsel together with the Senior Fee Earner
* Potentially deal with simple telephone court hearings
* Draft Trial bundles

The ideal candidate:
* Previous Personal Injury experience
* Strong ICT skills
* Able to work well within a team environment.
* Experience dealing with claimant personal injury files
