JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Paralegal
EXPERIENCE: at least 12 months’ experience
LOCATION: Greater Manchester/ Hybrid

The appointed Personal Injury Paralegal will join the EL/PL team in the firms’ Personal Injury Department in Manchester. The firm do offer hybrid working arrangements after the initial settling period with 2 days working from home.
•The appointed Solicitor will be expected to support more senior members of the team with a caseload of EL/PL cases, which includes drafting CNFs and client and witness statements with meticulous attention to detail.
•You will be responsible for preparing instructions for medical experts and counsel, as well as drafting Schedules of Loss and various court documents to ensure thorough case presentation.
•The ideal candidate will have experience with EL/PL cases, although candidates with just Personal Injury experience will still be considered.
