Job Title: Personal Injury Locum

Job description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Locum to join a private practice in Yorkshire.

The client is ideally looking for someone who is immediately available, and can provide interim support to the firm for a period of 3-6 months with the further possibility of extension.

This position is suitable for both full and part time applicants, where the successful candidate will be able to attend the office on a hybrid basis.

This is a position suited to a qualified lawyer, with prior experience managing a Personal Injury caseload with minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Managing a claimant Personal Injury caseload of predominantly fast-track and portal cases, as well as a small number of multi-track and litigated cases

Rate: Dependent on prior experience (outside IR35)
