Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Tonbridge as a Personal Injury Claims professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury claims, investigating incidents, and liaising with insurance companies, legal entities, and other stakeholders to facilitate the claims process. The Personal Injury Claims professional will play a vital role in assessing claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely resolution of personal injury cases.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate personal injury claims and assess liabilities
Communicate with insurance providers, legal representatives, and claimants
Negotiate settlements and manage claims processing
Review and evaluate claim documentation and supporting evidence
Maintain accurate records of claim activities and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to expedite claim resolution
Stay current on personal injury laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Requirements:
Previous experience in personal injury claims or a similar role
Knowledge of insurance claims processes, legal procedures, and personal injury laws
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of claims
Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Proficient in MS Office and claims management software
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Tonbridge (TN9 1RS)
