We are seeking a Personal Assistant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and has a passion for supporting senior executives in a non-profit organisation. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong commitment to the mission of the charity.

This is a large not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham, dedicated to improving the lives of the local community. The charity operates in various fields, from social services to education and healthcare, making a significant impact on thousands of lives every year.

Description

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant should have:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Job Offer

  • £29,000 salary
  • 6-month temporary contract with the potential for extension
