Join our client, a dynamic and successful Higher Education organisation, based in White City, London, as their Personal Assistant. Our client is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join their team. In this role, you will be providing comprehensive support and assistance to a Senior Academic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of a team.

Start ASAP, duration 3 months, with a possible extension, the successful candidate has the opportunity to apply for the role on a permanent basis, pay £20.79ph-£22.65ph, hours Mon-Fri full time, this is a hybrid working role and you will be required in the office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Responsibilities:

  • High-level PA work in a busy and challenging academic environment.
  • Extensive complex diary management to ensure the most effective use of time.
  • To organise complex travel including preparation of itineraries and ensuring correct visas.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings. Assisting with travel directions, room bookings and catering.
  • Manage and maintain busy schedules, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating outstanding communication skills.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Professional and polished demeanour, representing our client's company values.
