An experienced and driven Personal Administrative Assistant is needed to join the team at this leading Real Estate Investment firm based in South Woodford on a full-time basis. 

As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with senior managerial or executive staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis. 

Personal Assistant careers are varied, and you will play a pivotal role in helping a manager make the best use of their time with administrative and secretarial tasks.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience working within the property industry is preferred but not required
  • If you do not have previous property experience, you will be required to communicate a real and genuine interest in working as a personal assistant
