£33 per hour umbrella

Hybrid - office based at least 2 days a week (office base may change but will be Walsall based)

The Role:

* Regular data / case tracking
* Supporting HOSPOP panel supporting and advising SW's / managers
* Attend complex care planning, dispute resolutions, reflective sessions, supervisions etc
* Support partner agencies with training and policy development
* Provide bespoke training and development across services such as ASYE permanence workshops, managing adoption cases for children SW's, court work, supporting placements and more
* Manage adoption finance matters pre and post placement / review. Support the review process of long-term adoption agreements, investigate and then advise the HoS to continue, amend or terminate financial agreements

The Candidate:

Recognised professional Social Work qualification (Degree/Masters/Post Graduate Diploma/Social Work fast track qualifying programme)

Registered with SWE

Experience of identifying and assessing need, formulating and implementing effective social work interventions in partnership with children and families

Experience of social work with children and families, building effective helping relationships and overcoming challenges in doing so.
