This ecommerce retailer is looking for a Performance Marketing Director to join their team in Yorkshire as they expand their global presence.

They are looking for a Performance Director to report into the COO, to spearhead their performance and increase ROAS.

The business work on a hybrid working pattern, this is a brand new role where the responsibilities include:

Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive traffic, acquire new customers and increase revenue
oversea all aspects of paid media campaigns, implement strategies to increase bottom line, as well as revenue
manage a significant budget to increase ROAS

Lead and develop the existing paid media team
Collaborate across the business functions
Oversea launch into new territories

The ideal candidate will be obsessed by detail, have a proven track record of optimising paid campaigns strategies including PPC, Social, Programmatic and Affiliates to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. As the Performance Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid media plans, managing significant budgets and analysing campaign performance.

You will need to have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw insight and be a excellent communicator at all levels.
