Are you an experienced Performance Marketer looking for an exciting and unique new opportunity? Do you excel in a rapid environment and are adept at working independently?

Juice is thrilled to be working with an incredibly well-established subscription-based travel company who are looking for a Performance Marketer to join and bring an influence to their team of professionals, working remotely.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to take the initiative and apply their own style of work to the business, and achieve results.

This would suit a creative performance marketing professional, who has a creative eye, a finger on the pulse of all things trendy, and can really make ad spend go the distance, worlds your oyster here for trying new ideas.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Develop and implement Digital Marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  • Have a core focus on minimising CPL and CPA, whilst driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Consistently analyse performance data analytics, using it to maximise campaign effectiveness and reveal new opportunities for company growth.
  • Proactively identify successes and failures by taking lead on consistent testing and experimentation in all aspects of marketing.
  • Liaise closely with the internal marketing team, ensuring campaign strategies are aligned with the overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
  • Manage and guide the creative teams to deliver continuous, new ad creatives, making sure they’re coordinating with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Be at the frontline of digital marketing trends and techniques, integrating innovative methods to improve campaign performance.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within Digital Marketing, particularly Performance Marketing.
  • Proven success in managing and optimising PPC, SEO, Social Media and email marketing campaigns, with a focus on reducing CPL and CPA.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with a proficiency in utilising data analysis tools to influence marketing strategies.
  • Previous experience in managing creative teams to produce high-quality advertising content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns at one time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a fluency in English.
  • Someone who excels working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
