People Services Manager

Looking for a challenging and exciting role with an employer of choice, based in Glasgow? Look no further, our client is seeking a People Services Manager to join their team on an interim basis for a period of 3 months +.

As the People Services Manager, you will be responsible for a small but effective team of HR professionals, driving the recruitment process, ensuring that the workforce is "fit for future" and that succession planning and skills gaps are at the forefront of any recruitment process. You will also be responsible for driving the Communication and Engagement strategies throughout the company and establishing and maintaining the relationship with the wider Health and Safety team.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding and exit process, ensuring that it aligns with our process and procedures and delivering improvements and collaborative working with the IT team. You will also be responsible for managing E-flow and ensuring the delivery of all training plans and e-Courses until completion.

The successful candidate will be committed to the development of themselves and others around them, as well as understanding and rolling out every touchpoint required to deliver customer service and experience. They will also be committed to adopting the integration of technology and digital processes in the People Team ensuring appropriate systems are in place.
