People Operations Manager (HR) - IT Consultancy
Employee experience can make or break staff satisfaction.
And it can affect staff attraction and retention.
You will get to shape and be in control of staff experience for this IT consultancy’s project team of over 20 staff, where you’ll be engaging with staff from onboarding, throughout their time with the company to when they come to leave.
You’ll be responsible for the employee experience for all staff within the team.
This will include conducting 121s, evaluating and assisting with personal development plans & career goals and progression, managing performance and promotion reviews. You’ll assist with the onboarding of new staff to ensure a seamless transition.
This consultancy are a well-established and growing cloud solutions provider of over 400 staff with offices overseas. You will have strong people management skills to be able to help lead this 20+ person project services team within the IT consultancy division.
