Join Our Team as a People Business Partner: Fostering Excellence in People Practices! (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract, driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence. Whilst this role is based in our Head Office in Fazakerley, this role covers the south region of the UK and therefore some travel may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Provide guidance and coaching to managers to attract and hire top talent. Conduct hire and cost analysis to inform our talent acquisition strategy.

Onboarding Excellence: Collaborate with managers to create exceptional onboarding experiences. Utilise feedback and data analysis to enhance onboarding tools and processes.

Training Program Development: Partner with the People Development Team to design customised training programs, driving success, retention, and satisfaction across regions.

Offboarding Strategy: Lead the offboarding strategy to gather valuable insights from departing employees, informing our overall people strategy.

Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and fostering a positive workplace culture.

TUPE Support: Assist the Senior People Business Partner in the TUPE process, providing administrative and on-site support while adhering to relevant legislation.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement in your area of responsibility.

Metrics Analysis: Analyse people metrics to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
