People Business Partner
Location: Based at Dartford, requiring travel around Kent. (Hybrid)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, year-round
Salary: £43,000 per annum
Reporting to: Deputy Director of People

Role Overview: An experienced People Business Partner is needed to deliver HR services across multiple sites. The role involves managing HR practices, supporting staff, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to all regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Foster productive working relationships to resolve HR issues.
• Manage absence procedures and employee relations cases effectively.
• Support performance management and assist in workforce planning.
• Participate actively in recruitment and oversee safer recruitment practices.
• Lead specific HR projects and help develop HR policies.
• Regular travel to other sites to ensure a comprehensive HR service.

Skills and Experience:
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher.
• Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Proven HR experience in a similar role, managing complex situations.
• Strong IT and interpersonal skills, with a flexible approach to collaborative work.

Additional Requirements: Ability to travel as needed and suitability to work in environments involving a wide range of individuals.
