A leading Financial Services company based in Leeds is seeking a Pensions Administrator, paying between £22,000 to £25,000 plus an extensive benefits package, to join one of the larger and rapidly growing teams.

This will be working on a 1 year fixed term contract, but there could be opportunity for extension or development further down the line. Working on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office 2 days at home.

The role will be dedicated to processing and supporting the firms clients through the pension process, processing applications in a smooth and seamless manner as well as providing high quality customer service. This is a really great opportunity for entry level candidate who is looking to enter in the world of investment and financial services.

The position will include the following:

  • Accurate data entry and CRM system management
  • Dealing with client enquiries
  • Calculation of client pensions benefits
  • Checking documents and compliance
  • Project work with other teams

The ideal candidate will come from an office support background and will be looking to kick-start a career within financial services, all backgrounds will be considered. You will have a can-do attitude, looking to get stuck into any duty presented to you. A real eye for detail as well as process driven, due to the nature of the role.
