Are you available for a PE job? We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Girls PE Teacher to join a secondary school located in Durham. The successful candidate will be expected to start ASAP and will work on a temporary on-going basis.
Your new role
- Delivering high-quality PE lessons to secondary school students- Promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle
- Creating lesson plans and schemes of work
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
- Organising and supervising extracurricular activities and sports clubs
- Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- Experience in teaching PE to secondary school students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyle
- Enhanced DBS on update service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
