Payroller

We have an fantastic position available for someone with payroll experience that is looking for some flexible working. Our clients are a PE backed manufacturing business that is looking for someone to come in and help with their payroll on a long-term contract basis. This position will be supporting with start-to-finish payroll such as processing contract worker timesheets, setting up new employees, calculating national insurance and pensions as well as resolving queries.

This opportunity is really exciting as although the role is within the payroll team, they happy to train the right candidate, although some experience or knowledge of payroll would be beneficial. With this being a contract role, we are looking for people who are either immediately available or on a short notice period. In addition, due to the query resolution aspect of this role we are looking for someone who is a strong communicator with excellent customer service experience.

• This is a Part-Time role giving you the flexibility to work a four day week and is a hybrid role where you will be engaging with internal stakeholders across the company
• Have knowledge of accounting and Payroll duties that include reconciliations, escalating and handling a variety of finance queries, payments and tax
• Being an individual with a strong attention to detail who is proficient at manipulating data on Excel
• Ideally be available to start immediately as the client will regularly liaise with stakeholders across the company is growing and excited to expand and develop their team
