Payroller - Part Time

Change Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a construction related business based in Weston-super-Mare. We are looking for a Part-Time Payroller working 20-25 hours per week.

Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the weekly and monthly payrolls as well as supporting with some general HR Administration and coordination.

Duties will include:

• Coordinating and processing weekly and monthly payroll using Sage Payroll
• Assisting with the management of the company pension scheme
• Keep up to date and accurate records for each employee using Sage Payroll & Sage HR
• Process all new starters, leavers, absence and statutory leave and pay
• Support absence and holiday tracking
• Assist colleagues with any payroll queries
• Support the recruitment process, including preparation for interview/offer letters/contracts/reference requests
• Preparation of year end statutory reporting (P11d/P60)

In return this role offers an hourly rate of between £14ph - £16ph, 23 days holiday (pro-rata), Pension and free onsite parking.  Working hours are 20-25 per week, days are flexible apart from Tuesday and Wednesday as these are key working days for running the weekly payroll.
