Job Title: Payroll Tutor
Salary: up to £38K 
Location: Remote, UK 
  
JGA are partnered with an Ofsted OUTSTANDING training provider currently seeking a Payroll Tutor to join their team. An excellent opportunity for experienced Payroll professionals who are seeking more flexibility. 

No prior Tutoring experience is required. 
  
Responsibilities:
  • Creating and delivering training and mentoring. 
  • Contributing to the wider business services team. 
  • Supporting and developing Payroll apprentices. 
  • Planning teaching, learning and mentoring to the required apprenticeship standard. 

What do they look for? 
  • Individuals who are serious about a career in Tutoring and will commit to a period of development time to adjust to Tutor work. 
  • Highly organised approach to work. 
  • Clear communication and presentation skills. 
  • A passion for the Payroll and Apprenticeship industries.
  • A career history in Payroll delivery and operations. Strong technical ability and can keep up with legislative changes to curriculums. 
  • CIPP preferred but not required.
