Title: Payroll Team Leader
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £38,000
 
We are working with a national business who are looking for a Payroll Team leader to come in and lead their growing team.  
  
Your Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Payroll Team and process the payroll for over 10,000 employees.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy across the payroll.
  • Run monthly reports and complete pensions reconciliations.
  • Train and mentor the payroll team.
  • Ensure that all RTI’s and statutory payments are processed on time and efficiently.
What You’ll Need:
  • Experience of managing a team.
  • Strong payroll systems knowledge, along with manual calculations skills.
  • Experienced with managing multiple payrolls.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in a similar role.
