Payroll Supervisor
Full time- 18-month fixed term contract
Swansea
£25-31,500 per annum

This is a superb opportunity to join a top employer in Swansea; working on a hybrid basis which equates to 2 days in the office a week, you will be overseeing a payroll of approximately 300 monthly payees. As an experienced payroll professional, you will be accustomed to working to strict timescales and deadlines, with the ultimate respect for accuracy and data integrity; you will be an exceptional business partner who strives to deliver the very best service to your payees. You will need to be able to process the payroll end to end using a computerised software (but be able to manually calculate to trouble shoot and identify errors and discrepancies), extracting relevant data using MS Excel and creating meaningful and user-friendly MI and reports.
You will need to be an expert in Payroll legislation and procedure (to include RTI and auto enrolment processes), P11d's and have a thorough understanding of deduction processes for MAT, SSP etc.
