Payroll Supervisor
Your new company
Your new company are a well-known Not-For-Profit organisation, with their head office in Swansea.
Your new role
Your new role will be to;
- Strategically supervise and motivate the Payroll team.
- Review the workload of other members of the Payroll team.
- Manage your own payroll deadlines.
- Working knowledge of managing a high-volume payroll.
- Act as the point of contact for any escalated matters within the department.
- Review, monitor and implement new processes to improve the department.
- Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and an accurate Payroll function.
- Ensuring Payroll Compliance.
- Specialist knowledge and experience running all aspects of a Payroll function.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need;
- Extensive experience of Payroll and supervision/management within the team.
- Capable of liaising with stakeholders and management.
- Proven ability to both lead and motivate those within the department.
- Be available to start a new role within the next 2 weeks.
