Payroll Specialist
Orka Financial is partnering with a global business based in Reading, who are looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join their wider finance team. This a great opportunity for an individual to build on their existing payroll knowledge growing and developing and being a key part of the team.
The Payroll Specialist position does require EMEA payroll experience (Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy) along with previous knowledge of implementing new payroll processes.
- Interaction with EMEA to compile an efficient payroll.
- Analyse & manage payroll output for accuracy and to meet legislative requirements.
- Prepare full supporting data for any payroll payments required.
- Shadow payroll EMEA payroll (Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France)
- Reconciliation of net pay, pension and taxes
- Processing of stock proceeds through payroll.
- Highlight and escalate/respond to any matter that may affect the smooth running of EMEA payrolls.
- Liaise with EMEA Tax authorities
- Keep up to date with EMEA legislative changes in relation to payroll.
- Perform reconciliations
Experience
- Understanding of Payroll and benefits, tax Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France Spain and UK.
- Experience in ERP environment
- Implemented new payroll processes
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 - excellent company benefits - Hybrid working (2-3days office based)
