Description
- Oversee the day-to-day payroll operations and ensure smooth running.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate payroll data.
- Implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Provide support and guidance to the payroll team.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
- Participate in payroll system upgrades and testing.
Profile
A successful Payroll Senior should have:
