Payroll Senior, Alton, Hybrid, £25K-£35K

- This Alton-based accounting firm is a modern firm with roots dating back to the 1940s, consisting of three offices. Their accountancy firm has four partners supported by more than 40 staff who work closely together to maintain a friendly and professional attitude,
- They pride themselves on what we do and have over seventy years of knowledge and experience with the fresh approach of their dynamic team, enabling them to provide effective and timely accounting, taxation and financial solutions.
Your new role
- Participate in team meetings including knowledge sharing and presenting new ideas and initiatives.
- Identifying potential opportunities with client portfolio for payroll service firms and /or wider firm.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure all payrolls are efficiently processed.
- Ensuring high levels of quality by thoroughly reviewing payroll reports in line with our payroll control framework.
- Managing client expectations and assisting clients with a positive attitude.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years experience in payroll managing multiple payroll services.
- Payroll experience in an accountancy practice preferable
- Comfortability commuting to Alton 4 days a week minimum.
- Strong attention to detail alongside previous client communication, both F2F & emails.
