Butler Rose is excited to collaborate with a dynamic SME business amid a thrilling phase of expansion as we seek to recruit a Payroll Onboarding Coordinator.

In this role, you will provide crucial support to a small yet growing team by managing the onboarding process for temporary workers and assisting with payroll services.

Located in Milton Keynes, this position operates on a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related matters, addressing queries concerning pay, holidays, statutory entitlements, etc.
  • Conduct Right to Work (RTW) checks, DBS checks, and eligibility verifications to ensure legal compliance for workers.
  • Ensure accurate setup of workers in the system to facilitate correct payment rates and timely payments.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (essential).
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

While experience in a payroll capacity would be advantageous, candidates with excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, coupled with administrative experience in a fast-paced setting, and a keenness to acquire new skills swiftly are encouraged to apply.
