Payroll Officer

Payroll Specialist - £28k-£35k - Reading - Hybrid

An introduction to the company and role:

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a vibrant medium sized company based in Reading, that is continuing to expand. They are looking for an experienced payroll professional to join the team on a hybrid model.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll
• Responsible for both weekly, and monthly payroll
• Managing all payroll queries
• Processing starters, leavers, SSP, SMP & pension
• Assisting the wider finance team when required

What experience do you need?

• At least 3 years experience working within Payroll
• Understanding of the UK payroll processes
• Intermediate excel skills
• Confident in running the payroll function
