We are delighted to be working with our client based in Loughborough, currently recruiting for a Payroll Officer on a 9-month fixed term contract.

The position is due to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The salary banding is £23,700-£27,100 dependent on experience.

The role offers generous benefits including 36 days annual leave and hybrid working, with three days per week required in the office and two days working from home.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the end-to-end payroll process for c.5,000 employees
  • Dealing with payroll queries and resolving
  • Ensuring payrolls are processed on time
  • Processing statutory payments
  • Reconciling payrolls prior to BACS release
  • Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with GDPR

Experience required:

  • End to end payroll
  • Manual calculations
