New interim job opportunity in the Bedford area, for an experienced Payroll officer to join our client on a part-time basis 20 hours per week for 6 months.
Your new role
Reporting into the Payroll Manager this role will involve being responsible for inputting and processing all salaries to ensure a timely and accurate monthly pay run.

  • Inputs are approximately 1,500-2,000 pay entries per month.
  • Processes starters and leavers per month.
  • Processes sick pay reductions per month.
  • Deals with approximately 40 expense claims per month.
  • Resolves approximately 80-100 pay queries per month.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the role will have experience in Payroll, calculations and using payroll software. Available for an immediate start and can commit to 6 months initially.
