CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with a stable business based in Weymouth, Dorset, with the requirement to recruit an Payroll Manager on permanent basis.  This is an opportunity to join a busy finance function and help fulfil a pivotal role within the organisation.

What will the Payroll Manager role involve?

  • Complete weekly and monthly payrolls in accordance to tight deadlines;
  • Maintain sufficient controls in order to correctly abide by all statutory and pension auto-enrolment requirements;
  • Daily Management of a small finance team;
  • Regular liaison with stakeholders across the UK;
  • Process all SSP, holiday and other relevant returns.

Suitable Candidate for the Payroll Manager vacancy:

  • Previous experience working at Payroll Manager seniority whilst managing a team;
  • Experience working in a large, multi-site organisation is advantageous;
  • A CIPP or equivalent qualification is beneficial although not essential.
